Gomez: Bring It On

This indefinable debut album, with its immediate and distinctive new sound, was put together as a demo by 5 lads in a garage in Yorkshire. With its stupendous vocals and wonderfully layered textures, Bring It On brought Gomez a deal with Virgin Records and almost overnight acclaim. Well-deserved winner of the 1998 Mercury Music Prize, as well as a plethora of other awards, the album displays influences of Tom Waits, Beck, Dr. John and Curtis Mayfield as well as old-style blues and soul.Here are all the songs from the album arranged for voice and guitar in standard and tablature notation complete with guitar chord boxes and lyrics.
