Bernhard Heiden: Sonatina For Clarinet And Piano
Bernhard Heiden (1910 - 2000) was a German conductor, composer, and music teacher, who settled in the United States in 1935. He started composing pieces at the age of 6, and studied Piano, Clarinet, and Violin from an early age. Much of his music is for either chamber groups or solo wind or string instruments with Piano. His Sonatina For Clarinet And Piano is one of this most frequently played works. It is written in three movements: Con Moto, Andante, and Vivace .
