Correctly placed ambient noise sensors will ensure that all announcements are clearly heard.Key FeaturesTwo versions are available BVRAMB - standard version. BVRAMBIP - IP65 rated version.Monitors the ambient noise in a given area.Automatically adjusts the power of the amplifiers depending on noise level.When the area is at its quietest the level of the announcements or music will reduce.During busynoisy periods the volume level adjusts to suit.Used in conjunction with a BVRDCI CANBUS interface module which connects to the VIGIL EVAS routers.Uses a dynamic microphone capsule the output of which is amplified and converted to produce a variable current.This output is used by the BVRDCI module to produce a voltage that is proportional to the ambient noise.Band pass filtering ensures that the system only responds to ambient noise affecting the intelligibility of announcements.An on-board surveillance tone generator permanently monitors the microphone capsule. A system fault will be indicated should the microphone capsule or on-board amplifier fail.The BVRAMB includes an option to allow one of three response speeds to be selected SLOW - the system will only respond to an average change of ambient noise. MEDIUM - suitable for most installations. FAST - the system will react to short duration changes in ambient noise.Two units can be wired in parallel on the same input to monitor the ambient noise over a larger area.

Similarly a jumper is used to select between dual-path or two individual outputs. With this feature mission critical applications can be powered ensuring redundancy in the supply of 24 V to the load.On the front of the unit 6 LEDs indicated the status of the power supply. To aid with the interpretation of the meaning of the LEDs a legend is used on the front of the unit. Ensure all mounting holes have the screw seals correctly fitted failure to ensure this will compromise the IP rating of the enclosure.

Ziton ZP3AB-NLM3 Class-A Network Loop ModuleThe ZP3AB-NLM network loop module enables individual ZP3 control panels to be connected in a peer to peer secure loop network. If there is an open or short circuit present on the network wiring the NLMs determine where the fault lies isolate the faulty section of wiring and maintain full loop integrity.Total cable length throughout the network can be up to a maximum of two kilometres and may be extended by setting designated NLM modules as booster units contact Ziton technical support department for full details. Communication between loop modules operates by RS485 protocol over screened twisted pair wiring.Unique address on the network loopZP3AB-NLM3 modules connect to ZP3 control panels via a ZP3AB-NET1 card and are designed to fit onto an auxiliary chassis inside each control panel or auxiliary equipment cabinet.
