Other features include a rapid release trigger for simple removal of the accessories, and a self-balancing design with non-slip feet for secure placement. To provide maximum flexibility, the HMF01 hand mixer comes with three different types of whisks. There are two wire whisk; ideal for airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces or egg whites; two flat whisks, great for semi-hard dough such as biscuits and cake bases; and two dough hooks for leavened products like bread. A fabric accessory bag featuring the Smeg logo is also included, so any un-used accessories can be neatly stored away.
