Tank Universal is a first-person action game in which we participate in spectacular battles with the title tanks. The action takes place in two worlds - real and virtual, which is modeled on cyberspace known from the cult science-fiction film Tron . The player has complete freedom when it comes to exploring the environment, and in addition, he can get out of the controlled tank at any time and travel around the area on his own. The single player campaign offers 20 basic missions, and the subsequent stages are characterized by various challenges (protecting allies, finding valuable goods, conquering enemy fortresses, etc.).
Gameplay
As the game progresses, the controlled machine can be subjected to various improvements. We are talking about the more durable armor of the tank, as well as new types of weapons, thanks to which it becomes possible to eliminate enemy units more effectively. The player can fight in many different ways, preferring close-range duels or bombarding the opponent from a longer distance. Most of the time you play alone, although some missions have allied tanks present on the map. Tank Universal stands out due to its very unusual visual setting, maintained in cyberpunk climates. The whole thing effectively simulates being in a virtual environment. The visited boards are multi-level, they are constructed of multi-colored elements and are characterized by, among other things, shiny edges of objects. Effective explosions and advanced particle effects are also noteworthy.
