Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength 70cl

Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength 70cl

Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength The Brighton Gin distillery is located in the vibrant seaside town of Brighton (on the south coast of England), and has a focus on sustainable and ethical production. Brighton Gin was created from a love of gin, and a love of Brighton,, living the values of the city, being independent, fun-loving, open-minded and adventurous. Whether you are a gin enthusist or have just started your gin journey, this premium gin has been made for you. Brighton Gin is made using an alcohol base made of 100% organic pure wheat. Not only is Brighton Gin certified vegan (including the waxed bottle tops), but due to the distillation process, it's also gluten free. Their delicious gins are made using a blend of botanicals that include juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, as well as locally grown coriander, which is the first grown commercially in the UK in over 200 years. These are joined by milk thistle (a flowering herb), which is indigenous to the South Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the south of England. Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength is a classic gin with a delicate spice backnote, and subtle juniper. Joined with hints of orange through the drink, this makes it an easily approachable (and drunk) gin. The lime and milk thistle help to make this particularly refreshing and deliciously smooth   More from Brighton Gin Perfect Serve For a refreshing G&T add 50ml Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength into a glass with ice and top up with 150-200ml of mixer and garnish with a slice of orange. Brighton Gin founder, Kathy prefers a light tonic or soda water - why not mix with Fentimans (they have both). If you prefer a herbaceously and fragrant cocktail, then a Basil Smash is perfect (and not so hard to make). Activate the basil (8 leaves), by giving it a slap in your hands, then place in a cocktail shaker and use a muddler to bash them up a bit. Add 60ml Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength, 25ml fresh lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup. Add ice and shake, shake, shake for about 15 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a basil leaf. If you like a longer drink, pour into a highball glass and top up with soda water.

Snow Globe Orange & Gingerbread Gin Liqueur 70cl

Snow Globe Orange & Gingerbread Gin Liqueur 70cl

Snow Globe Orange & Gingerbread Gin Liqueur Not only does this delicious Orange & Gingerbread flavoured liqueur taste great, but it also comes presented in a Snow Globe bottle. (This has an integrated LED light, which lights up the christmas scene found within). Within the bottle there is genuine 23k gold leaf flakes, which when the globe is shaken, cascade like golden snowflakes (and the gold leaf is even edible!). The Snow Globe bottle itself is a work of art itself, and is made in Italy. Giving delicious and decadent christmas flavours, the Orange & Gingerbread gin liqueur is delicately spiced and a real indulgent treat. It has zesty up-front flavours from seville oranges, and a warmth from the gingerbread flavours along with cinnamon and dried cloves. It's also presented in a beautiful gold-foiled gift-box, so that if you aren't tempted to keep it yourself, it would make it the ideal present for loved ones this holiday season. Perfect Serve This is an easy gin to enjoy on its own, but can also be used in a variety of cocktails. For a Christmas Mule, fill a copper mule mug with ice and add 50ml of the liqueur. Pour over 150ml of ginger beer (we like Fentimans). Squeeze a wedge of orange in the drink and then use as a garnish. For an Orange Citrus Spritz, take a large wine glass and fill 2/3 of the way with ice. Add 50ml each of the liqueur, Aperol Spritz, Prosecco and Soda water. Garnish with a wedge of orange.

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Classic 50cl

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Classic 50cl

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Classic Distilling in small batches, Filliers utilise traditional copper pot stills in the creation of their gin. The distillery itself was established in 1880. The recipe for their Classic gin utilises 28 different botanicals (hence the 28 in the name), and was created in 1928 by Firmin Filliers. Since then, the recipe has been passed down in the family, until, in 2012 it was delicately refined by the Filliers master distillers without compromising the character of the gin. The result is award winning, delicious on its own - and forms the base for their other gins. Whilst the full recipe is a closely guarded secret, some of the botanicals and fresh fruit distillates within the 28 total are known. These are Juniper, hops, angelica root, allspice, fresh oranges, cardamom, ginger, calm sauce, orange blossom, coriander seeds, lemongrass, lavender blossom, gentian root and fresh citrus fruits. The overall result is a deliciously spicy gin with a dry character with spicy notes of pine filled juniper. This is complemented by refreshing citrus aromas. The slightly higher alcohol content than unusual ensures this is a strong & aromatic spirit. Read more about Filliers Perfect Serve This gin works well with both a neutral tonic, or stands up well with a lemon tonic. We really enjoyed it with both Double Dutch Indian Tonic and their Double Lemon. Fill a long drink glass with ice, and pour in 50ml of gin. Top up with your chosen mixer (around 150ml - but add to your taste). Garnish with a few lemon slices.

Spirited Union Bee Free Honey Rum Liqueur 70cl

Spirited Union Bee Free Honey Rum Liqueur 70cl

Spirited Union Bee Free Honey Rum Liqueur Spirited Union are mixing things up in the rum world and have created a vibrant and exciting selection of rums. By exploring the colourful (and tasty) world of botanicals, which you may usually see in other sprits, they have made combinations which are absolutely delicious. Using only the freshest botanicals ensures each rum has a natural taste and without losing flavours or aromas during the re-distillation and maceration process. Spirited Union Bee Free Honey Liqueur was created to highlight the plight of wild bees, drawing attention to their vulnerable position. But how do you make a honey rum without actual honey?  Firstly, Spirited Union selected a single origin rum from the Dominican Republic, made from sugar cane and aged locally. This gives the rum base its rich taste and character which is then complimented by subtle honey notes from the honey bush (a tea from the Western Cape of South Africa). This sustainable and eco-friendly crop grows naturally and has a natural sweetness with notes of honey and caramel, and with a subtle floral aroma. With juicy aromas of sweet orange and rosemary, this delicious rum liqueur will treat you to a lingering mouthfeel.  More from Spirited Union Perfect Serve This delicious rum liqueur can be enjoyed neat, or as a mixed drink. Create the perfect pairing of honey and ginger - add 50ml rum into a glass with ice and top up with 150-200ml of Fentimans Ginger Ale for a delicious and refreshing drink.
