Aluna Coconut Peach and Pomelo Liqueur (Mini 5cl)

Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength (Mini) 5cl

Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength (Mini) 5cl

Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength The Brighton Gin distillery is located in the vibrant seaside town of Brighton (on the south coast of England), and has a focus on sustainable and ethical production. Brighton Gin was created from a love of gin, and a love of Brighton,, living the values of the city, being independent, fun-loving, open-minded and adventurous. Whether you are a gin enthusist or have just started your gin journey, this premium gin has been made for you. Brighton Gin is made using an alcohol base made of 100% organic pure wheat. Not only is Brighton Gin certified vegan (including the waxed bottle tops), but due to the distillation process, it's also gluten free. Their delicious gins are made using a blend of botanicals that include juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, as well as locally grown coriander, which is the first grown commercially in the UK in over 200 years. These are joined by milk thistle (a flowering herb), which is indigenous to the South Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the south of England. Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength is a classic gin with a delicate spice backnote, and subtle juniper. Joined with hints of orange through the drink, this makes it an easily approachable (and drunk) gin. The lime and milk thistle help to make this particularly refreshing and deliciously smooth   More from Brighton Gin Perfect Serve For a refreshing G&T add 50ml Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength into a glass with ice and top up with 150-200ml of mixer and garnish with a slice of orange. Brighton Gin founder, Kathy prefers a light tonic or soda water - why not mix with Fentimans (they have both). If you prefer a herbaceously and fragrant cocktail, then a Basil Smash is perfect (and not so hard to make). Activate the basil (8 leaves), by giving it a slap in your hands, then place in a cocktail shaker and use a muddler to bash them up a bit. Add 60ml Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength, 25ml fresh lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup. Add ice and shake, shake, shake for about 15 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a basil leaf. If you like a longer drink, pour into a highball glass and top up with soda water.

V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin (Mini) 5cl

V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin (Mini) 5cl

V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin V2C takes pride in its home (Amsterdam), but like the Dutch of old, looks to the wider world when thinking of ingredients. They ensure that the gin is created to the highest standards, and use ingredients harvested from across the world. With their name, they indicate the intent behind the gin. Four friends founded V2C, and it was named after the address they lived during their studies, the famous Victor de Stuersstraat 2C in Maastricht. To this end, the gin was created to encourage lively conversation and good times with friends. With their Classic gin, they pay homage to the more classic gin flvaours, but with a definite V2C twist. They use the freshest juniper, orange, licorice, laurel and St John’s Wort, which they subtly spice with coriander, cardamom, lemon and ginger. This is a gin which is definitely juniper-forward (another "classic" part to the gin), which is joined perfectly with soft spice and tangy fruit. This brings a subtle, light complexity to the drink. The taste has a lot of oily juniper which coats the mouth perfectly. Pine and cardamom spice are balanced by refreshing citrus notes. Theres also a hint of vanilla flower which creeps in. All round this is a delicious gin, classic, but with something a little extra. Read more about V2C Perfect Serve Serve in a highball glass or copa with a lot of ice cubes. Pour in 50ml of the gin, and top up the glass with 150 - 200ml of Fentimans Premium Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger, fresh lemon and a few juniper berries. Alternatively, replace the Tonic with Rose Lemonade for a slightly sweeter drink. Garnish with a sliced strawberry and a few mint leaves. It also holds up exceptionally well in cocktails, so we encourage trying this out!

Scapegrace Gold Gin (Mini) 5cl

Scapegrace Gold Gin (Mini) 5cl

Scapegrace Gold Dry Gin With their Gold edition, Scapegrace from New Zealand have taken their standard gin and really increased the flavour and strength. Their Gold Dry din is a Navy Strength gin with 3 layers of citrus; orange, lemon and tangerine. The higher strength really allows the flavours to come through, and this is the perfect friction between complexity and balance. Just like their 'standard' Scapegrace, this is produced with the following 12 botanicals: juniper, coriander, nutmeg, cardamom, lemon peel, orange peel, orris root, cinnamon, cassia bark, angelica root, cloves and liquorice. However, to intensify the citrus flavour profile the Gold edition also has a healthy dose of mandarin extract. The aroma of this gin is really intruiging. It's well rounded with a nuttiness to it and has a mixture of spice from nutmeg and an earthy quality from cloves. These give an almost coffee like edge. Theres a definite overlying orange aroma too. In terms of the flavour, Cassia and orris take centre stage but these are joined by citrus notes, with lime surprisingly coming through in particular. The juniper and fennel take a supporting role in this gin, along with a touch of spice from coriander. It finishes strongly floral, with orris and angelica. Read more about Scapegrace Perfect Serve Whilst a strong gin, its particularly smooth and this can be savoured neat over plenty of ice. But should you wish a longer more refreshing drink, try in the mix with tonic. In a large glass filled with ice, pour 40ml of the gin and top up with 150ml of Fentimans Premium Tonic Water (or their light version). Garnish simply with a slice of lime.

Ballantine's Finest Whisky (Mini) 5cl

Ballantine's Finest Whisky (Mini) 5cl

Ballantine's Finest Whisky With a heritage that dates back to 1827, Ballantines is one of the most known and loved Scotch Whisky brands in the world. It started with George Ballantine in a small grocery store in Edinburgh. Here he would supply a range of whiskies to his customers. his developed into a larger establishment in Edinburgh, where along with his son George Junior they began to create their own blends. In 1920, the recipe for Ballantine's Finest was created, and it has stayed true to the original ever since. The result is a whisky which has become Europe's No. 1 Scotch Whisky, and was voted the World's Best Blended Scotch in 2020. Fun Fact: During prohibition, the bottles were designed to be square so that American Salesmen could conceal them in their briefcases without them rolling around should any inspectors be around! Finest is a great classic all-rounder. It has a light gold colour, and a nose which is soft, with notes of heather, honey and just a hint of delicate spice. The flavour is balanced well, subtle, and has hints of milk chocolate, red apples and vanilla. The finish leaves the palate feeling fresh, with a floral after-taste. More from Ballantine's Perfect Serve As a classic, balanced all-rounder, this is easily enjoyed on its own, over ice, or with a splash of water. It works well in the mix too, either in cocktails, or more simply with a mixer such as cola or ginger ale. Try adding 50ml to a highball glass filled with ice, then top up with a quality cola or ginger ale (we like Fentimans). Delicious, and really refreshing.

V2C Navy Strength Gin (Mini) 5cl

V2C Navy Strength Gin (Mini) 5cl

V2C Navy Strength Gin Inspired by Sail Amsterdam, V2C have created a Navy Strength gin. Whilst all of the V2C gins use the same, carefully selected base botanicals in their creation, each has its own personality. Juniper, as it's gin is the first, and this is quickly followed with cardamom, coriander and ginger. This gives V2C its background signature spicy. These are rounded out with angelica root, lemon, orange, liquorice, and bay leaf, which when combined give a spicy gin with a rounded citrus flavour. For the Navy Strength, less water is added during dilution - resulting in a higher alcohol content than with their Dry Gin. Whilst the botanicals may be the same as the classic dry gin, the Navy Strength has a taste, and character of its own. The higher alcohol content ensures a creaminess in the mouth and packs a flavour punch.  A spicy drink, which is prevalent on the nose and the flavour, but one which is rounded our by a mid palate hit of citrus which softens into the aftertaste. Clean and crisp it's a drink that never forgot where it came from. Here's hoping you don't either! Read more about V2C Perfect Serve As this has a higher alcohol content it lends itself well to a number of cocktails, but is also easily enjoyed as a stronger gin and tonic. For their signature serve, pour 50ml of the gin into a copa glass filled with ice. Top up with 150ml of Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water, and garnish with a a slice of grapefruit and samphire (if available).

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pink (Mini) 5cl

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pink (Mini) 5cl

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pink Distilling for over five generations, the Filliers distillery was initially only a side venture to their farming business. It's this history, dating from 1880 that ensures Filliers create delicious and well loved drinks. They do as much on-site as they can. They pump their own spring water, gind the grain, create their own fruit and herb distillates, ferment, distill and age. Utilising this experience, in 2018 Filliers expanded their range of gins, and introduced their Pink gin. This uses their Filliers Dry Gin 28 as a base, and is enhanced and softened with the addition of fresh raspberries and goji berries. The Goji berry has a reputation as a superfood, and is said to repair muscles, protect against illness and most important of all, to calm your soul. Whilst we can't attest to any of these benefits by drinking their gin, we do know it adds a delicious flavour! The addition of raspberry juice blends with the goji berries and vanilla from the original recipe. It provides a delicious and engaging palette of fruity flavours, as well as ensuring a delightfully fresh pink colour. Overall this is a mildy spiced gin with a touch of sweetness which is given by the raspberries. The refreshing citrus elements in the original recipe are still noticeable, and blend perfectly with the fruitiness. More from Filliers Perfect Serve This works deliciously in a pink gin & tonic. In a large glass filled with ice add 50ml of the gin and top up with 150ml of your tonic of choice. Garnish with a couple of fresh (or frozen) raspberries and a sprig of mint.

Dik & Schil Circulaire Gin (Mini) 5cl

Dik & Schil Circulaire Gin (Mini) 5cl

Dik & Schil Circulaire Gin What started as a university project for 3 students, has developed into Dik&Schil, a flourishing business with sustainability at its core. Their tasty drinks give a second life to the leftover coffee grounds and orange peels from the hospitality industry that would usually end up in the bin. ‘‘We want to show that sustainability can also be fun and that circularity can lead to fantastic products’’ – They have definitely achieved that. The Dik&Schil Circulaire Gin takes unwanted orange peels from hospitality outlets and the pruned cuttings from Koppert Cress (suppliers of freshly-sprouted seedlings, aromatic edible leaves and flowers) and turns them into a unique, soft and spicy gin. The residue leaves are perfect in combination with the orange, each bringing something different to the mix. Kaffir Lime leaves enhance the recipe with their strong citrus taste, Cardamom leaves add body and a warming taste, whilst the Shiso leaf with its strong, mysterious flavour (reminiscent of mint, basil, tarragon, cilantro, cinnamon and anise) adds character. The velvety oils, citrus and anise combine for a taste like no other. More from Dik & Schil Perfect Serve Dik&Schil Circulaire Gin is soft enough to enjoy neat. For a refreshing G&T, fill a glass with ice and add 50ml Circulaire Gin. Add 150ml elderflower tonic water (we like Fentimans with ours) and garnish with thinly sliced cucumber and a slice of grapefruit. For the cocktail lovers, combine with another of Dik&Schil’s great spirits in a Negroni. Add equal quantities (30ml) of Circular Gin, Orangecello and Campari to a tumbler with ice, and a slice of orange to garnish.

Courvoisier V.S. Cognac (Mini) 5cl

Courvoisier V.S. Cognac (Mini) 5cl

Courvoisier V.S. Cognac Initially founded in 1828 by Felix Courvoisier, Maison Courvoisier is located in Jarnac, at the heart of France’s Cognac region. They are now considered to be one of the 'big four' cognac companies (along with Hennessy, Rémy Martin, and Martell), with Courvoisier as the youngest.  Their signature style reveals the intricacies and exuberance of the floral cognac.   Interesting Fact: Napoléon III (the nephew and heir of Napoléon Bonaparte) personally requested Courvoisier - and even awarded Maison Courvoisier the title of "Fournisseur Officiel de la Maison de l'Empereur" (official supplier of the Imperial Court) in 1869. This was one of the reasons it became known across Europe - and was enjoyed at many royal courts Their V.S. Cognac (Very Special) is, as Courvoisier say "meticulously blended to defy category conventions. It is an authentic and joyous introduction to the Courvoisier collection". The V.S designation means that the youngest brandy in the blend has been aged for at least 2 years. Whilst there is a blend of several cru's, Courvoisier VS Cognac is composed principally of Fins Bois along with a balancing hand of Petite Champagne. The cognac opens with notes from the Bon Bois and Fin Bois crus, which elevate fruit notes of apple, pear and grapefruit. The signature floral notes of Courvoisier come through mid way on the palate, with delicate spring blossoms. Towards the end there is a complexity joined by a fresh oaky finish, which is brought into the cognac from the Petite Champagne cru. "An elegant and harmonious cognac with strong notes of fresh fruit and fresh oaky taste." Patrice Pinet, Master Blender More from Courvoisier Perfect Serve If enjoying straight up on its own, ensure you enjoy this at room temperature from a tulip / snifter glass. However this also works exceptionally well in the mix.

Bloedlemoen Handcrafted Gin (Mini) 5cl

Bloedlemoen Handcrafted Gin (Mini) 5cl

Bloedlemoen Handcrafted Gin Pronounced ‘Blue’d Le Moon’, this is a South African gin which is made from the luscious Tarocco Blood Orange. It proudly calls out that it is the "first Blood Orange Gin" in the World. The story of this gin starts in 2015, when three food and drink industry specialists got together. They wanted to create a refreshing and delicious gin, one which was layered with the warmth of selected spices. Ensuring a good relationship with their suppliers is important, and they source their fruit from their selected growing partners based in the Western Cape of South Africa.  To create their contemporary gin they use a carefully selected blend of 10 different botanicals. Using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion (depending on the hardiness of the boanical) they extract maximum flavour and aroma.  The botanicals they chose are Juniper, Blood Orange, Orange Peel, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Cassia bark, Nutmeg, Liquorice Root, Angelica Root and Cardamom. These blend to create the refreshing, yet warming gin they were originally looking for, On the nose this gin is full of citrus notes and a light piney juniper aroma, a hint of spice also greets you. On the palate, the blood orange is also present, along with a sweet spiciness of nutmeg which combines with Cassia and Grains of paradise perfectly adding to the mouthfeel. The finish leaves a refreshing and tingling touch of blood orange lingering in the mouth. Read more about Bloedlemoen Perfect Serve This is delicious when enjoyed with a neutral tonic (try Fentimans Connoiseurs Tonic). However, if you want to really ramp up the orange flavours, try pairing with their Valencian Orange tonic (which adds a zestiness to it). Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. Garnish with a thick slice of (blood) orange.
