Da Salzburger Kaffee Gin 50cl

Da Salzburger Kaffee Gin Da Salzburger staat vooral bekend om zijn gebrande koffie en heeft nu een heerlijke gin gemaakt! Bij het maken van hun koffie gebruiken ze arabicabonen van de hoogste kwaliteit, die ze van over de hele wereld betrekken. Vervolgens gebruiken ze de kennis en expertise van meerdere generaties (totaal 60 jaar) om de bonen te bereiden en te branden. Voor hun Kaffee (koffie) gin gebruiken ze eerst een langzame distillatiemethode. De botanicals mogen vier dagen in de alcohol rusten voordat de eigenlijke distillatie plaatsvindt. De distillatie maakt gebruik van een vacuümketel, wat betekent dat de temperaturen lager zijn en meer van de aroma's en smaken behouden blijven. Het resulterende destillaat wordt vervolgens gemengd met Oostenrijks bergwater. Met behulp van hun 'Da Salzburger Blues'-melange brouwen ze een espresso, die vervolgens aan de gin wordt toegevoegd - 6% van het eindproduct is de espresso. Goed om te weten: Omdat deze gin echte gezette espresso bevat, kunnen er wat fijne koffieresten in de fles zitten. Dit is volkomen normaal en veilig. Voortbouwend op het enorme succes van hun gekruide en gearomatiseerde Rum's, heeft Dead Man's Fingers nu een reeks roomlikeuren op de markt gebracht. Hun Strawberry Tequila Cream Likeur is een luxueus soepele en decadente drank, met dat 'Dead Man's Fingers'-randje eraan. Het heeft rijke romige aardbeiensmaken en aroma's, evenals die lichte 'kick' die je verwacht van de meegeleverde Tequila Reposado. Op zichzelf is er een lichte zoetheid in de neus, en het geeft zeker een alcoholaroma af - een verwijzing naar het hoge alcoholpercentage. De smaak is neutraal, met een licht peperige toets. Meer van Smirnoff Perfect Serve Dit werkt absoluut het beste als je het in de mix gebruikt (een beetje te sterk voor shots!). Probeer een Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini of een van onze favorieten: de Moskouse Mule. Voor een simpele cocktail werkt de Moskouse Mule heel goed. Neem een groot glas of muilezelmok gevuld met ijs en voeg 50 ml wodka toe. Giet er voorzichtig 150 - 200 ml Fentimans Ginger Beer & Muddled Lime (of gemberbier en limoensap) over. Johnnie Walker Green Label Whisky Initially Johnnie Walker's Green Label was known as Johnnie Walker Pure Malt 15 Year Old when it was launched in 1997. However it was renamed to Green Label in 2004, which is what it is known as to this day. Green Label is a blended Malt Whisky which uses four different malts. These are Speyside, Highland, Lowland and the Scottish Islands and all of these are at least 15 years old. Each of these blends has a different signature style which is represented by Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore and Caol Ila. Each of the individual characteristics found within these matured malt whiskies are perfectly blended by Johnnie Walker, bringing together distinctly intense aromas of fresh cut grass, fresh fruits, wood smoke, pepper, vanilla and sandalwood. This blending gives a unique depth of character which can't be found in a single malt whisky. The resulting drink gives a nose which is rich and full, with a feeling of the fireplace coming from wood smoke, but joined with espresso, bitter chocolate and a woodiness from oak. This time they have dialled up the citrus with Orange and created their latest taste sensation - Zesty Orange. Hand-crafted by the distilling team at Sipsmith they have taken fresh and dried orange peels, their award winning london dry gin and combined them with the zest from bergamot (another citrus fruit).  On the nose there is a delightfully fresh aroma, which is full of light floral citrus notes, as well as a touch of warming spice. On the palate there is the perfect blend of juniper, orange in the form of a sweet marmalade, and a touch of cinnamon which brings everything together. Ardbeg 10 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky The Ardbeg distillery is located on the south side of the Isle of Islay, in the small settlement of Ardbeg from which it takes its name. It has been producing whisky since 1798, but only began commercial production in 1815. Having changed ownership over the years, it is now owned by the LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) group. It is renowned for producing a heavily peated Islay Whisky. The distillery themselves state "Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all". They use malted barley which is sourced from the maltings in Port Ellen (also on the Island of Islay). Interesting Fact: The brand name Ardbeg is an anglicisation of 'An Àird Bheag' which is Scottic Gaelic, and means 'The Small Promontory'. Their Ten Years Old edition is the flagship whisky of their range, and is matured in ex-bourbon casks. Whilst this is definitely a peated whisky, it does not flaunt the peatiness. The peatiness is perfectly balanced with the natural sweetness of the malt. This results in a whisky which has a light gold colour, and an intense aroma. Smoky fruit, peat and lemon & lime are all wrapped in a background of dark chcoloate. Menthol, and hints of black pepper also come through. The flavour ensures there is no doubt that this is a peated whisky! The peat blends with tangy lemon and lime, spicy black pepper, and cinnamon spiced toffee. The mid palate brings forth ripe bananas and dried fruits, as the smokiness builds on the palate. This leads to notes of creamy cappuccino and liquorice root. The finish is exceptionally long, and the smoke doesn't hide. It brings our espresso, anissed, toasted almonds and traces of soft barley and fresh pear. Pusser's Rum Gunpowder Proof Spiced Pusser’s Rum is de originele Royal Navy Rum, gedistilleerd in houten ketels in Guyana. Het is de enige rum die volgens de exacte specificaties van de Admiraliteit is gemengd, een specificatie die voor het laatst werd gebruikt op 31 juli 1970, waarmee een einde kwam aan een 300 jaar oude traditie.
