Brouwerij Verhofstede Edelweiss Noten Likeur De geschiedenis van Brouwerij Verhofstede gaat terug tot 1885, en Stefanie De Jaegher (die later trouwde met Julien Verhofstede). Aanvankelijk werd er bier gebrouwen, maar in de jaren '60 kwam er een verschuiving naar sterke drank. Nu met meer dan 130 jaar ervaring en vier generaties van dezelfde familie blijven ze een reeks heerlijke drankjes creëren. Bij het maken van hun donkerbruine, smaakvolle notenlikeur gebruikt Brouwerij Verhofstede alleen verse, onrijpe walnoten. Dit gebeurt slechts één keer per jaar en het proces wordt in één dag voltooid. Bij de eerste productie heeft de likeur een groenachtige tint. Het wordt echter gerijpt waardoor de likeur donkerder wordt en de heerlijke nootachtige smaak wordt ontwikkeld. Bij het maken van hun bordeauxrode, smaakvolle Kriekenlikeur gebruikt Brouwerij Verhofstede vers verse zure kersen. Dit gebeurt slechts één keer per jaar en het proces wordt in één dag voltooid. De volrijpe kersen worden overdag geplukt en direct verwerkt (zelfs inclusief pit en steel). De volledig gerijpte kersen zorgen voor een likeur met een lichte zoetheid en vol kersensmaken. Door het productieproces geven de kersen elk jaar weer iets andere smaken. Meer van Brouwerij Verhofstede Perfect Serve Heerlijk zo op ijs, maar werkt ook goed in cocktails. Probeer het volgende voor een variatie op 'The Last Word Cocktail'. Mates White Rum is a unique blend of different types of rum from Barbados, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica that have been blended with a 3-year-old rum from Trinidad. After the success of their local flower-inspired Most Floral Gin, it was time for a new gin. For this gin they left the country and traveled to the Dutch North Sea in search of special flavors and ingredients.
