In a tall glass filled with ice cubes add 4 drops of Angostura Bitters and swirl to coat the glass. Pour on The Famous Grouse, add a slice of fresh lime and squeeze the juice out of the rest. Top up with a neutral tonic (We suggest Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water) & serve.
