Docteur Valnet rosewood is a large tree from the Amazon forest exploited for its essential oil containing between 70 and 80% linalool, a component to which it owes its exceptional regenerating properties. Having suffered overexploitation, particularly for its use in perfumery, rosewood has now become a protected species and our rosewood essential oil comes from forestry operations where the trees are systematically replanted.
