LEGO Worlds for PC, PS4, etc. is a multiplayer online game that consists in building your own constructions, exploring the world and interacting with other players - in short, a virtual sandbox. The title is the responsibility of Traveller's Tales studio, the authors of the popular series of video games using LEGO bricks. This time we do not end up in a movie or comic book universe recreated from Danish bricks, but we create our own world. For this purpose, the developers have made available a number of tools that allow you to freely shape the terrain and place fancy structures block by block. You can also create characters (not only the one you control) by choosing various elements of clothing and appearance. In addition to user creations, the game world is filled with towns and villages as well as procedurally generated dungeons. What's more, you can play with whole sets of LEGO bricks existing in the physical version. You can move around the available area on board various vehicles - incl. a plane, a hovercraft or a giant drill - and on the backs of mounts - classic horses, less classic bears and ostriches, and even fire-breathing dragons. This, of course, is not all, because in line with the spirit of the game, means of transport can also be designed by yourself. There are many secrets and hidden treasures to discover in LEGO Worlds. While traveling through the game world, you can also come across hostile characters (e.g. animated skeletons), who are fought with using various types of weapons - from melee tools to rocket launchers. Players can meet in a virtual world by playing via the Internet. In addition, the projects you create can be saved and shared with other people. LEGO Worlds has a distinctive graphic style. The world and characters are built of virtual LEGO bricks, so there is no photorealism here. The creators, however, took care of nice lighting effects and shading, as well as a dynamic day and night cycle.
