It can only turn out well!  A few more details Cotton canvas is a tightly woven, durable and hard-wearing fabric that you can use for projects requiring a robust surface.   The fabric by the metre is made of 100% cotton, has a width of 140 cm, and can be ordered by the metre. Expect it to shrink 3% upon washing.   Since cotton canvas is a heavy material, it's crucial to use the right needle and thread. We recommend either a jeans needle or a universal needle size 90 along with a robust thread. Viscose + jersey = a new favourite Viscose and jersey are two popular terms within textiles. In this fabric, we combine the two qualities, giving you a light and soft material with good breathability and comfortable stretch.  Colourful designs Whether you prefer black and white, earthy tones or vibrant colours – you'll find the entire colour palette in this fabric. Choose one or more favourites, get out your sewing machine, and sew your new outfit.  The material is suitable for almost all types of clothing, but of course, we have some favourites.  One of them is the classic top. Once you've found the right fit, you can easily change its look by simply choosing a new colour. Or how about making small adjustments in the design, so you have your favourite top with short, ¾, and long sleeves?  The fabric is suitable for much more than classic tops! Use it for dresses, leggings, trousers, and skirts. Find plenty of inspiration in our sewing patterns or design your own favourite.  A bit of practicality Viscose has been used for clothing for over 100 years. The fabric consists of processed and regenerated cellulose from sources like wood pulp or cotton waste. It's similar to natural fibres like cotton and silk. Here, the viscose is mixed with elastane (6%), giving you a stretchable viscose.  You choose the length you need for your sewing project. The fabric measures 145 cm in width and shrinks by 6% when washed.  When working with jersey, we recommend using a jersey needle, characterised by having a medium point – also known as ball point. The needle easily penetrates the knitted quality and prevents stitches and threads from running. For this type of jersey, we recommend jersey needles in size 70/80. What is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®? Light, colourful and a beautiful drape! Viscose is a popular fabric for many fashion designs. It's a light and soft material with good breathability, while also being comfortable to wear.  The beautiful drape is especially pronounced in tops, dresses, and shirts, where even with the simplest designs, you achieve a stylish look. The design is up to you: Does the shirt need a small collar? The top a boat neck? Or are you into ruched details?  That being said, viscose is also well-suited for light trousers. We prefer them with a bit of width in the legs, so you once again benefit from the lovely drape.  Choose from many stunning colours.  What is viscose? Viscose has been used for clothing for over 100 years. The fabric consists of processed and regenerated cellulose, for example from wood pulp or cotton waste. It resembles natural fibres like cotton and silk.  Some practicalities The fabric is 100% viscose, is 130 cm wide, and you can of course choose the length you need. Wash at 40°C, iron at medium heat, and allow to air dry. Expect 5% shrinkage after washing.  Remember to use the right needles – we recommend using a universal needle or a microtex needle in size 70.

You find something you really like, something that suits you and your personality.  Chiffon is a light and semi-transparent material, which is extremely elegant and drapes beautifully over the body.  Elegant designs Consider using chiffon for stunning dresses and elegant tops. At the same time, think about sewing a slip dress or top underneath to ensure that the semi-transparent quality reveals and conceals exactly what you desire.  Chiffon is also beautiful for a scarf. Simply put. The small square scarf you can wear around your neck with a simple knot, or the large scarf that matches the evening dress and is perfect to drape over your shoulders when it gets a bit chilly.  A few more details This fabric is made of 100% polyester, and you simply choose the length you need for your project.  When you start sewing, we recommend using microtex needles. Due to the fabric's delicate nature, it's advantageous to sew with French seams.

FUZZY is a cosy, warm yarn that you can create lots of lovely projects with, e.g. a fine cardigan or pullover. Work with single or double strands to achieve an airy or firm knitted fabric, depending on the size of the needle you choose. Recommended gauge 13 stitches = 10 cm on size 5.00 mm (UK size 6) knitting needles. Approx. 50 g = 135 m.

FRAYA, alpaca yarn "Woolly", bright blue
