Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection is a compilation of three Assassin's Creed titles originally released on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The contemporary theme, although expanded in subsequent productions, is only an addition to the main, historical thread of the cycle. Assassin's Creed II takes place in the years 1476-1499. The main character is a nobleman who enjoys not only a prosperous life, but also the fair sex. The idyll is interrupted, however, by the betrayal of his family - as a result of wrongful accusation, both his father - Giovani and brothers: Federico and Petruccio are killed by hanging. The protagonist must escape from his native Florence to Monterrigioni, where, trained by his uncle named Mario, he is inducted into the ranks of the titular Assassin brotherhood. The goal that has guided the young man from now on is to take revenge on those responsible for the death of his loved ones - but along the way he gets involved in a much larger plot, in which the Templar Order is primarily involved, whose tentacles reach high-ranking politicians and the highest hierarchs of the Church. Among the historical characters present in the game, there is the entire Pazzi family, Leonardo da Vinci, Niccolo Machiavelli, Lorenzo de 'Medici and Rodrigo Borgia, the later Pope Alexander VI. The combat system is dexterity and can be associated with the Dark Souls series. Actions such as attacks, dodging and running require stamina, which depletes quickly, but also regenerates as long as we have a moment to rest. We also have firearms at our disposal.  The heart of the game is the huge siege battles. They are played both in PvP mode, with a hundred players facing each other, and in PvE mode - then fifty players fight against three times greater forces controlled by artificial intelligence. There are siege engines, wall-mounted traps and a system of battle points that allow you to buy various temporary boosters.
