Using the general concept of the original, the developers made many significant changes to the mechanics of the game, which gave it a completely new character. The most important novelty was the resignation of the two sisters in favor of one, Giana, whose dual nature allowed her to transform from a girl lost in a dream into a punk rebel and vice versa. Along with the transformation of the heroine, we move from the polite, candy world to its nightmarish counterpart, using its specific abilities in each of them. Rise of the Owlverlord expands the base game with 7 new levels, another boss, an instructional level and a completely new story.
