Dragon Age: Origins is a cRPG game created entirely by BioWare studio. For the Canadian developer, this project is a return to the roots, after the company became famous in the world of the cult Baldur's Gate in 1998, and then became famous in the role-playing genre with such works as Neverwinter Nights, Knights of the Old Republic and Mass Effect. Dragon Age: Origins takes us to the kingdom of Ferelden on the continent of Thedas. This land, inhabited by humans, elves and dwarves, has become the target of the Scourge, a plague of all kinds of monsters under the command of a mighty archdemon. To protect the population from evil, the defense of Ferelden involved heroes with special traits known as the Gray Wardens. During the game, we are offered a chance to join this group, so that we can then fight the spreading evil. The single player mode provides about 60-100 hours of fun, and there is also the possibility of downloading DLC-type extensions.
